This Software is completely executed from PENDRIVE. An actual VATABLE billing module is driven from the Hard Disk. In the forefront this VATABLE billing module is displayed all the time.

The Operation of Pen drive or Flash memory Software is as follows.

1. Beginning of the day Insert Pen Drive into USB PORT of your Computer.
2. Type the Command 'LOAD'
3. After 3 minutes the entire contents from the Pen drive Is get loaded into your computers memory. Then remove PEN DRIVE from your computer and keep it outside your shop.
4. You can do the daily Estimate preparation and all confidential details from your VIRTUAL MEMORY of the Computer. Remember you are safe because nothing is recorded inside your computers hard disk.
5. During business hours if anything went wrong then simply switch off your computer and stay back.
6. If nothing went wrong then end of day re-connect your pen drive into your computer and type ‘DOWN’. The entire contents from your computers memory is copied into your PEN DRIVE within 3 minutes.
7. A 512 mb pen drive can hold your entire transactions for 5 years. any number of copies can be taken from this pen drive to another pen drive.
